OSPI is plugin API and SDK, that is Copyright (C)2003 by George Yohng

You cannot distribute copy of this SDK - if you need other party to have
this SDK, you should make that party obtain OSPI SDK from original OSPI
site.

You can make plugins with this SDK and distribute them in whatever way you 
want, but IN BINARY FORM ONLY (dll files) - you may also sell plugins.
There is file ospitray.exe that you can include in your projects, provided
that you do not modify it.

Plugins written by you should contain explicit OSPI copyright in 
about box, readme and documentation, so that user would not miss seeing it.

Neither George Yohng, nor 4Front Technologies will be liable for any 
possible harm coming out of OSPI API/SDK usage.
